Over twelve interactive sessions, participants journey through the full Garden framework while building emotional awareness, resilience, healthy coping strategies, stronger thought patterns, responsible decision-making, goal-setting skills, healthier relationships, and an understanding of the ripple effect their choices can have on others.

The goal is bigger than completing a program: to equip young people with tools they can continue using long after the final session ends.
